Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

Strategy and Organisation<\/strong>: You will be responsible for the continuous adjustment of the IT strategy and the forward-looking realignment of our IT organisation, including the integration of AI technologies.<\/p>\n

IT Infrastructure<\/strong>: You will plan, implement, operate, and develop our IT landscape, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of all networks, systems, and applications, including the implementation of AI-driven security solutions.<\/p>\n

Process Optimisation<\/strong>: In close collaboration with other departments, you will determine realistic requirements and develop solutions for optimised business processes up to AI-based process automation.<\/p>\n

Digitalisation<\/strong>: As a pioneer for digital transformation, you will set our digitalisation strategy and manage cross-location digitalisation initiatives.<\/p>\n

Project Portfolio Management<\/strong>: You will plan and coordinate multiple IT projects across locations and implement AI tools for efficient project management.<\/p>\n

Budget and Resource Management<\/strong>: You will be responsible for demand and budget planning across the entire IT area.<\/p>\n

Evaluation of New Technologies<\/strong>: You will assess new IT trends and technologies, which are rapidly evolving with AI, and demonstrate advantageous applications to management and specialised departments.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/section>\n\n

Your Expertise<\/h2>\n

To responsibly fulfil such a demanding position, we assume that you, as an IT all-rounder, bring some of the following competencies and qualifications:<\/p>\n

Successfully completed studies<\/strong> in computer science, economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.<\/p>\n

Several years of professional and leadership experience<\/strong> in the IT sector of an internationally manufacturing company.<\/p>\n

Solid knowledge<\/strong> in the SAP and Microsoft environment.<\/p>\n

Extensive methodological competence<\/strong> and comprehensive experience in project management.<\/p>\n

Good understanding of the economic interrelationships<\/strong> of a medium-sized company.<\/p>\n

Strong communication skills, team spirit<\/strong>, assertiveness, and overall a confident demeanour.<\/p>\n

Very good German and business fluent English skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n <\/article>\n <\/section>\n\n
